Notre Dame Key Club

  • officially chartered by the Kiwanis Club of San Carlos in October 2016
  • Chartered with more than 20 members
  • part of Kiwanis District 34, Division 34 North consisting of Key Clubs from Sequoia, Carlmont, Mills, Aragon, El Camino, South San Francisco, Lowell, and Washington high schools.

Key Club Motto – “Caring our way of life”
Key Club Mission – A student-lead organization which provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character, and develop leadership.
Our Community Service Projects

  • Monthly participation at 2nd Harvest Food Bank food packaging
  • Yearly participation at the Special Games to assist and lead a quasi Olympic games for more than 900 physically/mentally challenged children participants in Cupertino
  • “Breakfast with Santa” food service at the San Carlos Adult Community Center
  • Beach clean up
  • RTS Walk fundraiser

Leadership Training Opportunities

  • Monthly DCM (District Council Meeting) with Key Club from 8 high school in the peninsula
  • Key Leader Training at Camp Jones Gulch, La Honda
  • Key Club District Convention
  • Key Club International Convention

Where is Key Club?
Key Club exists on more than 5,000 high school campuses in 30 countries in the US, Canada, Caribbean nations, Central and South America, Asia, and Australia with more than 260,000 members

Key Club International is the oldest and largest service program for high school students. It is a student-led organization that teaches leadership through service to others. Members of the Kiwanis International family and Key Club members build themselves as they build their schools and communities.
